Ever witnessed a baptism???????????

Have u ever witnessed a baptism??

Ya ya people come in white clothes, get submerged in water, then the Pastor says something and it's done, faith in Jesus is displayed

Cool, that’s what normally happens

Some when they are young and some when they are zealous for Christ, and some take when everything ends and they don’t have even an hair on their head, I mean when they are extremely old

But have you and even I, ever witness a baptism service that Philip did???

Well nope I didn't

But Philip too baptized in the Name of the Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit

Whats the big deal in Philip's way of baptism, isn't it a normal one?????

Hmmmmm nope, something was different

Normally Pastors baptize boys and girls, uncle and aunts, old men and women

But Philip had a revelation in him, that made him do a different kind of baptism

Well we can call that a Revelation baptism

Just breaking it down, Philip baptized an Eunuch!!!!!!!!!!

What???????? An Eunuch, my my that’s blasphemy……………..

Nopes nopes and nopes

What Philip did was exactly by the revelation that Holy Spirit gave him

Which means to say that the Eunuchs, who are looked down in society by all religion, even Christianity in its crude form, neglects them

But Jesus the Spirit of Revelation, doesn’t do as what a normal Christian does, he has trained Apostles like Philip to do the extra ordinary………..

They baptize Eunuchs, the next time you and I look to a eunuch, lets not run away, but use our wealth not only to bless them but give some more to give them the hope of glory

Its just a thought I am passing over to you

It may stop in you or may pass through you to many others too

The first one to baptize an EUNUCH may just get translated and transported 30kms in a second the way Philip was

Breaking time limits :-) the gospel still needs to be reached to the Christians first then to the gentiles

Thought Fasting

Many people fast on food, but this is a new way of fasting…….

Fasting on thoughts, Purposely choosing what to think and imagine

Let your thoughts be on the basis of the word of God and see a great thing happen

Meditate and Ponder on these thoughts for life

No Death Zone

Death came as a result of man's sin and God's curse

But the CROSS had destroyed and cancelled every curse

1 Cor 15:24 - 26 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

For he must regin, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.

The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

As the curse is reversed in our lives thus

Man shall not return back to dust

Well Diggers Or Tap drinkers

From the river to the dam,
from the dam to the tank,
from the tank to the tap
fresh water comes in

A country like Africa craves for such kind of facility, that they can just open the tap and get water

but they aren't privileged to do so, as water is scarce and digging is the only option and pumping the hand pump only solution

imagine you get down to dig a well in your backyard, in-spite of having a tap facility???

well you would be laughed at, if an African guy finds you doing so

God has kept supplies of eternal life that is without death available to every person

Money, healing, creative miracles, the same Spirit that raised Jesus back to life is also given

everything a person ever requires is already provided for

but man in his foolishness and pride wants to dig a well and do all the stuff to get what God has already provided

then he gets satisfied that he did something and got it

friends...... God has kept everything we ever need, even gave the same Spirit in His entire fullness of Christ in us that raised Jesus from death to life

we don't have to dig a well and do all that, but just simply open the tap by renewing our mind and thanking God for what already He “hath” done

it takes confidence to renew our mind by believing that we already have what we need and thank God, well that is called faith that sees and says beyond sight

so are you gonna be a well digger or a tap drinker??????????

Telephone Line

Just imagine you are waiting near your land-line for an incoming call

You were expecting the call at 1:30 pm and thus you're near the phone at 1:20 pm itself

It's been 3 hours and the phone still didn't ring

You are concerned and all the more worried

You get very frustrated, its been 10 hours that the call didn't come

And its time to get some sleep, and while resting on your pillow you are still thinking about the call

The next morning you wake up and wait patiently for the call

Its been 10 days of waiting and still no response

On the 11^th day you decide to pick the phone and to your shock and surprise the phone is dead

Now you realize that for soo long the phone was dead

You step outside and realize that someone had messed up with your wires and eventually its cut

You quickly get it joined back and then the phone is working

As soon as the wire got repaired the phone rings trinng trinng

Guess who's on the line???? The one whom you've been waiting for 10 days to hear

Our spiritual lives are also similar to this phone

We wanna hear God's voice, and indeed as we are His sheep, this is the common daily phenomenon

The bible says in Proverbs 4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

In some version it says guard your heart

Like the phone wire, it was not guarded thus it was cut by some one

Satan wants to disconnect us from God like that wire

Thus we need to guard our heart and observe the verse says diligently, which means its a continuous effort and requires a lot of hard work and commitment and passion

Guard your heart, ummm its easy to guard a telephone wire :-)

Imagine you need to guard your house, what do you do???

you mainly observe the movement of people at the entrances or openings of the house

It may be the windows or the doors, no one would guard the walls but the doors and windows

In the similar way we need to guard our doors and windows mainly the gates of our spirit

the gates of our spirit are the eye gate, the ear gate and the mouth gate

As we guard our heart, then we can hear clearly from God

Hearing from God is available for every sheep of Jesus Christ

And those who guard their heart can hear better

A successful person is a person who can hear from God and obey Him by faith

Hearing from God is not just limited to Pastors, Preachers or Evangelists

Hearing is for all, thus we see in Revelation, its often mentioned that “he who has an ear let him hear”

Well God speaks to your heart and not to your intellect mind

Your heart is your spirit, and God is a Spirit and He communicates Spirit to spirit

So make a decision this day to make a diligent effort to guard your heart because from this flows issues of life, what ever happens in your life depends on guarding your heart and hearing from God

And expect to hear from God in your spirit and be a successful person and give your 100%

JAR FULL OF STONES SAND & IRON

Imagine a jar with precious stones and sand and few pieces of iron

Now, if someone wants to separate the iron particles from the mixture in the jar, one just has to bring in a magnet to get the job done

The world is like the jar, full of mixtures and we are like iron in the world

We are iron coz we belong to The King Of Kings and citizens of a different kingdom

Even though we are in the world we are not of the world

Thus we still remain as iron

One day Jesus is gonna come like the magnet, to attract His people who are prepared and are of iron

Lets not put our focus on the things of the world, because our God knows our necessities and provides for us and prospers us

We are prosperous and blessed to be a blessing

Lets not loose the iron in us which is the reason Jesus can pull us to Him

Experienced pilots also crash

How much time a pilot spends in the cockpit of an aircraft decides one’s experience

When the pilot flies an aircraft, it doesn’t matter where he is going, because he is just learning to control the plane all alone

An aircraft is not designed to travel long distances, and is used to get a grip to learn how to fly

Innumerous somersaults and expert handling learnt in the training

But when a pilot has to handle an aeroplane, everything changes

A pilot on board of an aeroplane needs to be constantly in touch with some thing called Air Traffic Control Station

They guide the plane from source to destination

An expert pilot can crash, if at all he depends on the experience he had flying an aircraft and doesn’t take the Air Traffic Control’s help to be guided

I want you to relate yourself as the pilot and Jesus as the one in Air Traffic Control

If we get blinded by our abilities and talents and not depend on Jesus the way a pilot has to depend on the Air Traffic Control then we will loose our path

Yes we have great abilities and talents, but never forget the source of these abilities and talents is Jesus, if we forget Him, then we crash

Dear reader, acknowledge God in all your ways and remember all His goodness

Surrender in totality but not in bits and pieces
